Your tasks:

• search and assessment of locations for installing post offices, taking into account traffic, accessibility and commercial activity;
• checking the technical suitability of locations in accordance with company requirements;
• communication and conducting negotiations with owners or managers of facilities regarding the conditions for placing post offices;
• documentary support and conclusion of lease agreements and accounting for the status of locations;
• coordinating interaction with the company's divisions regarding the installation of mailboxes;
• controlling the profitability of existing mailboxes.

It is important for us:

• experience in conducting successful negotiations in various areas;
• knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the commercial real estate market;
• work experience from the 1st year on the position of development manager is a prerequisite;

• readiness for business trips on a permanent basis;

• high level communication skills, initiative;

• availability of a car and driver's license.
