In order to strengthen and develop the business, we are looking for a Key account manager (CAC).

We will have an ideal match if you have:

  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales in distribution companies in the following positions: manager of sales manager, ZED manager, import manager
  • knowledge and understanding of legislation and processes of international goods supply
  • knowledge of accompanying goods and goods and transport documents of ZED
  • experience of working with 1c, CRM, sufficient level of mastery of MS OFFICE
  • ability to master new information and quickly adapt to changes
  • communicative and open-mindedness
  • ability to set priorities and structuredness
  • understanding of the client's needs and the ability to provide him with first-class service

Your area of responsibility:

  • communicate with clients and monitor the support of the entire cycle of delivery of his cargo
  • coordinate the work of operational departments for the high-quality implementation of the client's request
  • develop the client, identify his needs
  • coordinate monthly and annual planning
  • control the balance of mutual payments with the client
  • organize meetings with clients (offline/online)
  • be able to work with objections and resolve conflict situations
