In the team of the national network "Epicenter K" we invite a Manager for the development of the post office network (Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy regions).

Your tasks:

• search and evaluation of locations for installing post offices taking into account traffic, accessibility and commercial activity;
• checking the technical suitability of locations in accordance with the company's requirements;
• communication and negotiations with the owners or managers of facilities regarding the conditions for placing post offices;
• documentary support and conclusion of lease agreements and accounting for the status of locations;
• coordinating interaction with the company's divisions regarding the installation of post machines;

It is important for us:

• experience of conducting successful negotiations in various areas;
• knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the commercial real estate market;
• work experience from the 1st year as a development manager is a prerequisite;
• readiness for business trips on a permanent basis on the basis;
• communication skills at a high level, initiative;
• availability of a car and a driver's license.
