• Have a complete higher education in the relevant field of training (electrical engineer, energy engineer).
• You have 5 years of professional work experience (3 years or more in project management).
• You have experience in managing construction/reconstruction projects of electric power facilities.
• You have knowledge of the organization of construction production, modern building materials, energy equipment.
• You know the technologies of construction and installation work, the requirements for their acceptance.
• You know current regulatory documents (DBN, PUE, DSTU, etc.).
• Able to read project documentation and estimates.
• Fluent PC skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams — mandatory; SAP, AVK/STS — desirable).
• Have a driver’s license of category B and driving experience of 2 years or more.
• Able to argue your own arguments opinion.
• Non-conflict and able to work in a team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Tasks of the Project Manager:
• Management of the construction project (accession, investment program of the NCRECP) to achieve the set goals (implementation of the project within the time and budget).
• Planning, coordination and control of the works of the project participants.
• Performance of the functions of the Customer for the objects of new construction and reconstruction according to the projects of the objects of accession, in the part of the implementation of design and search works.
• Control - direct communication with the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, Kyivavtodor, problematic Customers or balance-holders.
• Revision of the technical specifications for the purpose of solving the issue of implementation by accelerating the design and BMR deadlines and bringing these issues to the Department of Technical Development with proposals.
• Organization and control of the execution of project works (implementation of accessions and objects of the investment program of the NKRECP):
• Financial planning (advancement, payment schedule).
• Obtaining design and estimate documentation and checking the requirements of DBN A.2.2-3:2-14 "Composition and content of project documentation for construction", building regulations and rules, labor safety standards, requirements for fire safety and work organization, environmental protection.
• Review of design and estimate documentation developed by customers services for the connection and transfer of electrical networks, as well as by subcontractors, for compliance with design norms and the composition of the project documentation.
• If it is necessary to make changes to the project documentation, form materials and submit them to the Technical Council for approval of such adjustments.
• Perform control and evaluation of the fulfillment of contractual obligations, including verification, signing and closing of acts of completed works, payment of individual stages works.
• Consider and settle, within the scope of the job description, disputed issues regarding the fulfillment of the terms of the contract with the contracting organization and other participants in the process.
• In case of violation by the contractor of the terms of the contract, initiate a claim, and if necessary, a lawsuit. manager regarding the fact that the contractor has not fulfilled the terms of the contract and, if necessary, initiation of a meeting with the participation of representatives of the contracting organization with the involvement of related divisions.
• Preparation of reporting materials and updating the status of work on the object on a regular basis.
