Functional responsibilities:

• Support and development infrastructure services;
• Organization of work with subcontractors, service providers;
• Development, support, implementation of usage standards; equipment, IT services;
• Development and motivation of personnel;
• Management of IT projects;
• Organization of the material and technical support process;
• Organization and provision of uninterrupted operation of IT equipment, services;
• Organization of measures aimed at prevention and prevention of failure of IT equipment, IT services
