Purpose of the position and primary tasks

• Ensuring uninterrupted, continuous operation of the Bank's information systems (hereinafter - IS) and software and technical complexes and software (software), which is used in the production activities of the Bank and/or installed at the workplaces of clients in accordance with concluded contracts, their administration in accordance with approved roles and internal regulatory documents;
• Support of the Bank's customer service systems;
• Work with NBU software;
• Purchase of computer equipment, software and services;
• Support and support of remote banking systems:

• SAIMP
• Support and support of document management systems and archive of client cases:

• Documentation maintenance
• Administration of user access rights
• Organization and support of the equipment repair process
