Customer support specialist with knowledge of the English language in Vest-Logistik

We are looking for a Service Manager for English speaking users of our products. If you are passionate about finding and solving problems, have a passion for working with customers and are willing to learn new technologies and methods, then welcome to West Logistics.   Our team is Ukrainian-speaking, so all internal communication is conducted in Ukrainian.

what will you do

• Interact with users via chat and calls, so good spoken English is also important
• Manage users on our website -site to help them get the most out of it, proactively offering solutions to improve their experience;
• Investigating user cases using CRM and activity logs;
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments and share complex questions .

You are a perfect match if:

• Have excellent communication skills;
• Have a high level of spoken and written English;
• Ukrainian - native speaker;
• Learn what makes a customer experience exceptional!

This will be a great advantage if you:

• You have experience working with native speakers or participated in international programs
• Have customer service, support or sales experience.
