What are your responsibilities:

• Full cycle management recruitment: from creating vacancies to adapting newcomers.
• Organization and conducting of interviews, evaluation of candidates.
• Implementation and support of HR processes that help make the working environment comfortable and productive.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation in accordance with  legislation.
• Support of corporate culture, development of motivational programs and initiatives for the team.
• Cooperation with department heads to understand staffing needs and team development.

You are ideal if:

• You have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have a higher education.
• Orient yourself in the labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Able to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships.
• Responsible, organized and able to work with several tasks at the same time.
• Know how to create an atmosphere of support and development in the team.
