We announce a competition for the position of Manager of a social apartment.

Basic tasks:

• Ensuring the effective functioning of the Social Apartment.
• Management of employees (multidisciplinary team) of the Social Apartment and coordination of activities (scheduling, control of working hours, etc.).
• Analysis of performance indicators and tasks of the work plan.
• Coordination and control of providing comprehensive assistance to Clients and managing cases of Clients of the Social apartments.
• Execution of organizational and administrative functions related to the provision of various types of assistance to Clients and the functioning of the Social Apartment in general.
• Control over the maintenance of primary accounting documentation for the project.
• Control over the condition of the premises, compliance with the norms of behavior and safety rules in the Social Apartment.
• Maintenance of administrative, financial, accounting, reporting documentation and documentation for maintenance cases.
• Resolving professional issues that arise during case management, based on innovative approaches in the field of social work.
• Control over the effectiveness of providing assistance to Social Apartment Clients.
• Protection and preservation of confidential information about Social Apartment Clients in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• Organization of meetings of a multidisciplinary team of Social Apartment employees with the involvement of participating specialists in the management of Clients' cases and with the participation of the project coordinator.
• Planning, coordination and ensuring effective interaction with subjects of social work with families and children, bodies and services for children and special institutions for children, local self-government bodies, educational institutions and partner organizations.
• Coordination of data and information collection regarding the work of the Social Apartment, their analysis, preparation of monthly and other reports to the donors of the project.
• Control over the timely provision of the Social Apartment with the necessary equipment, food, consumables, etc.
• Reporting on the work carried out within the framework of the project to the project coordinator and participation in the preparation of reports on the Project for the donor.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the social, psychological, pedagogical field, public health.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office package.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Knowledge and compliance with the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Exploitation (PSEA).
• High level responsibility;

Representation of HealthRight International (Right to Health) in Ukraine is an international charitable organization that works in the field of public health and protection of human rights with the aim of ensuring access to medical and social services for vulnerable segments of the population.

International Charitable Foundation "Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health" (UFHZ) is a charitable foundation founded by the international organization HealthRight International with the aim of building local potential and supporting Ukrainian initiatives, which consist in providing vital assistance to the most vulnerable women, children and youth.
