We are looking for an attentive and responsible specialist who sees more than others - notices details, knows how to analyze situations and understands what quality work at retail outlets should look like.

You are not just an observer. You are part of a team that influences the process, maintains standards, helps the growth and development of the entire network.

What you will do:

• Train new salespeople and support them in the onboarding process ;
• You will become a friend, support, support for the seller;
• Interact with other departments to solve daily issues;
• Analyze the effectiveness of sales points: sales, achievement of goals, staff behavior;
