Wind power plant project manager

Main duties:

• Coordination and full support of the implementation of the wind power plant construction project (onshore), as well as, if necessary, energy storage systems.

• Management of all stages of implementation: from pre-project studies (estimation of wind potential, geodetic and geological works) to introduction object into operation.

• Development of technical and economic justification and plan for connection to the power grid.

• Control of budget implementation, analysis of implementation progress, preparation of technical tasks for contractors and equipment suppliers (turbines, transformer substations, cable networks).

• Interaction with wind turbine manufacturers, logistics and installation by companies.

• Visits to the construction site, control of compliance with schedules, quality of work and safety rules.

• Conclusion of contracts with design and construction and installation organizations, monitoring of the fulfillment of contract terms.

• Preparation and transfer of project estimates and other technical documentation for the construction and connection of wind turbines.

• Cooperation with authorities, operators of the transmission and distribution system, environmental inspections.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of 3 years or more in a similar position in the field of construction of wind turbines or energy projects.

• Knowledge of the principles of project management: drawing up budgets, schedules, risk management.

• Practice of cooperation with international equipment suppliers and EPC contractors.

• Understanding installation and connection technologies of wind power plants.

• Knowledge of urban planning legislation, rules for the arrangement of electrical installations, FIDIC standards will be an advantage.

• Experience of working with ERP systems.

• Readiness for business trips in Ukraine and abroad border.

• Category B driving license and own car is a plus.
