Search and selection of drivers. Using various search channels: social networks, job sites. Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. Regulating cooperation with drivers: signing contracts, registering drivers, creating chats and driver cards in the CRM system. Collecting cash from drivers and daily collection. Preparation of daily financial reports. Checking debtor lists and working with them. Control of cash register and calculation of drivers’ earnings, including calculation of bonuses. Ensuring high quality of work of drivers: adaptation and support of new drivers at the start of cooperation. Active communication with drivers, assistance in solving questions and objections, building comfortable and long-term cooperation.
