Vacancy Manager of property relations at DTEK ENERGO!

Position functions:

• Support for registration of rights to land / real estate at the Group's enterprises;
• Support of agreements regarding the alienation of real estate objects;
• Interaction with local self-government bodies and state authorities in matters of registration of rights to land / real estate;
• Management contractual work in the field of registration of rights to land/real estate (land lease agreements, easements, contractual agreements);
• Conducting claims and lawsuits regarding the protection of property rights/interests of the Group's enterprises in land/real estate, appeals against the actions/inaction of subjects of authority and their decisions;
• Legal analysis of decisions of local self-government bodies that affect payments for land/real estate, assessment of the consequences of adopting such decisions;
• Interaction with controlling bodies during land inspections;
• Work with automated systems, incl. SAP.

Necessary professional experience:

• Experience with a similar functionality;
• In-depth knowledge of land and tax legislation (in terms of land/real estate fees);
• Perfect knowledge of the procedure for registration of land plots;
• Skills for working in information systems/electronic services: League, Public cadastral map, register property rights, etc.;
• Analytical abilities, leadership qualities, the ability to negotiate and defend one's point of view, stress resistance, perseverance;
• Experience in conducting claims and litigation work;
• The presence of a certificate for the right to practice law is considered an advantage.
