PRAT "ABINBEV EPHES UKRAINE" successfully operates and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company Turkey's Anadolu Efes. We are announcing the vacant position of MService Procurement Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Market analysis and implementation of best practices in procurement;
• Development and implementation of strategies for relevant categories of services;
• Conduct tenders, search and selection of suppliers;
• Adherence to internal policies and procedures of the company;
• Cross-functional cooperation to ensure economical and efficient management of categories;
• Control of the fulfillment of contract terms and making adjustments if necessary;
• Analysis and optimization of current processes in order to improve procurement efficiency;
• Analysis of costs and financial results in accordance categories;
• Active participation in the budgeting and forecasting process;
• Identification and implementation of cost reduction solutions;
• Improving cash flow through effective management of payment terms and expenses;
• Management of initiatives in the field of sustainable development and support of innovation in service categories;
• Analysis of financial indicators, assessment of economic feasibility of deals and control of financial risks and performance contracts.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (Master’s degree);
• Experience in the field of procurement - will be an advantage;
• Confident negotiation skills;
• Strategic and conceptual thinking, systems approach, fact-based decision-making, excellent organizational abilities;
• Communication (verbal and written), initiative, ability to work in a team, result-oriented;
• Responsibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Confident PC user (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint), experience in SAP/ERP will be an advantage;
• English language level - Upper-Intermediate;
• Willingness to business trips.
