1. Personal:

  • Determination, ability to keep focus on the final goal.
  • Excellent communication skills. The ability to conduct negotiations, presentations.
  • The ability not only to model, but also to explain/run the process in the company.
  • Lean-thinking, the ability to see value and identify losses.
  • Self-discipline. 
  • Ability to work with objections.
  • Experience in implementing changes. Available cases that can be checked.
  • Experience of working in operational processes (production or service provision), in Gambi - mandatory.
  • Experience of working in IT projects or software development - mandatory.

2. Professional:

  • Work experience: from 3 years in a similar position (process analyst, business analyst, process management consultant).
  • Deep understanding of business process management (BPM).
  • Understanding of methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TOC.
  • Process modeling skills in BPMN 2.0/UML/IDEF0/EPC.
  • Experience with tools: Visio, Camunda, Bizagi, ARIS, Signavio or similar.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to optimize business processes.
  • Skills in creating documentation, regulations, procedures.
  • Experience in working with ERP, CRM or BPM systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, 1C, Pega, etc.).
  • English: B1.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Analysis and modeling of business processes
  • Research and documentation of existing business processes in the company (AS-IS).
  • Identification of bottlenecks, inefficiencies, duplicate processes.
  • Development of target processes (TO-BE) to optimize the operational activities.
  • Using BPMN, UML, EPC notations for process visualization.
  • Development of RACI responsibility matrices and process maps.
  • Definition of KPIs and process performance metrics.

2.    Optimization and automation of business processes:

  • Identification of opportunities for automation and digital transformation of processes.
  • Interaction with the IT department or solution providers to implement changes.
  • Participation in the selection of tools for automation (RPA, BPM systems, ERP, CRM).
  • Analysis of the financial effectiveness of implemented changes (ROI, TCO).
  • Control over the implementation and adaptation of business processes in the company.

3.    Change management and regulation of processes:

  • Formation of policies, regulations, standards and procedures for managing processes that are implemented as a result of the work of a specialist.
  • Development of job instructions and description of roles in processes.
  • Organization of personnel training on new or changed processes
  • Conducting audits of business processes and monitoring their compliance with standards.
  • Interaction with quality control departments, risk management and internal audit.

4.    Analysis of the market, trends and competitive environment

  • Research of best practices in the industry.
  • Comparative analysis of internal processes with market standards.
  • Identification of potential salesdifferences and opportunities for process improvement.

5.    Communication and coordination between teams

  • Building effective interaction between development, business, marketing and customer teams (both internal and external).
  • Resolving conflict situations and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Prompt response to changes and making adjustments to the project plan.
  • Organization of presentations, demo meetings and status meetings with by clients.
