Manager of private partnerships in Veteran Hab

Your role in the team

Private Partnerships Manager is a person who will represent the organization in daily communication with donors and partners: business, individual donors and patrons.

You will be responsible for the donor experience – the way of interaction with Veteran Hub: from the first contact to a long-term partnership. In particular, through your work, trust and transparency in cooperation with the organization will be formed.?

Veteran Hub has been working for veterans and their relatives for more than 7 years. We invite you to join the team and become a bridge with those who are ready to support our mission.

What will your working day look like:

• Working with partners: business, individual donors and patrons
• Initiating contacts, clarifying requests, conducting correspondence and meetings
• Expanding and maintaining long-term relationships with the donor network
• Developing and implementation of manifestation programs
• Preparation of partnership proposals
• Participation in negotiations together with the head of the direction
• Support of donors and partners: letters, materials, manifestations

This vacancy is for you if you:

• Have experience working with business, partners or donors
• Able to build and maintain long-term partnerships relations
• You have communication and negotiation skills
• Systematic, attentive to details and responsible
• Able to prepare and present project and partnership proposals
• You are confident in using Google services (Docs, Sheets, Presentations)

Would be an advantage, but not mandatory:

• Experience working with soldiers and their relatives
• Experience of working in charitable or public organizations
• Written and spoken English at the Intermediate level and above

Required: Absence of any official, labor or business ties with Russian structures since 2014.?
