We invite Chief Strategic Planning Officer, to organize the effective work of the strategic planning department and ensure a stable financial result.

Main duties:

• Determining the strategy of the department, analyzing the profitability of existing services
• Coordinating the work of remote offices (UAE, Latin America, the Balkans and others)
• Determining key services and directions work
• Search for new services in the market in which the company operates
• Ensuring the flow of customers under existing programs
• Building partnerships
• Cooperation with cross-functional departments of digital marketing and IT development
• Budgeting and project revenue forecast
• Preparation of regular reports for management
  
  Requirements:
• Management experience from 3 years
• System thinking, analytics, decision-making skills
• Experience in team management, delegation and control
• Understanding of project management and finance
• Higher education (law / business / international relations - an advantage)
• Plus: experience in tourism
