Manager of personnel training and development (L&D) in Talant Agenciya FERM

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of training programs (hard and soft skills).
• Conducting trainings, workshops, coaching sessions.
• Organization and shop coordination of training events (engagement of external trainers, schedule planning, preparation of materials).
• Analysis of training needs and formation of a team development plan.
• Assessment of training effectiveness and making improvements (listening to calls)

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in L&D or HR.
• Skills in developing training programs and conducting trainings.
• Knowledge of modern training methods and staff development.
• Ability to work with LMS, online platforms, MS Teams/SharePoint.
• High level of communication and organization.
