Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of training programs (hard and soft skills).
- Conducting trainings, workshops, coaching sessions.
- Organization and shop coordination of training events (engagement of external trainers, schedule planning, preparation of materials).
- Analysis of training needs and formation of a team development plan.
- Assessment of training effectiveness and making improvements (listening to calls)
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in L&D or HR.
- Skills in developing training programs and conducting trainings.
- Knowledge of modern training methods and staff development.
- Ability to work with LMS, online platforms, MS Teams/SharePoint.
- High level of communication and organization.
