As an HR manager at DK Klasik you will:

• Responsible for keeping personnel records and registering employees accordingly to the legislation.
• Maintain order in documentation: employment contracts, orders, personal files.
• Promote a comfortable atmosphere at the workplace, help colleagues in solving issues related to employment and social guarantees.
• Participate in the selection of personnel together with the team, organize interviews and adaptation of new employees.
• Control compliance with labor discipline and interact with different departments of the company.

We are looking for you if:

• You are responsible, attentive to details and have a desire to develop in the field HR.
• Ready to learn new things and work with documentation.
• Able to easily communicate with people, maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• It doesn't matter if you have experience - we are open to candidates without previous experience.
• You are punctual and organized.
