"FIRST" pawn shop is a national financial company with many years of experience and a wide network of branches throughout Ukraine. We are constantly developing and investing in the training of our employees, so we invite a Training and Personnel Development Manager to the team.

We are looking for a creative and competent person to strengthen our training department. If you like to work with texts, are interested in technology and want to create content that really helps people become professionals - we are waiting for you! 

 Main responsibilities:

•  Update of the knowledge base: edit and update the current methodological materials of the Company
•  Educational product creation: courses, videos, tests for employees
• Software testing: test the Company's new software products and write instructions and regulations based on the results
• Working with AI toolsand visualizing content: use the capabilities of artificial intelligence to quickly process and digitize information

Our ideal candidate:

• The texts are yours: you write competently and structured. You are able to present complex information simply and interestingly.
• You have an analytical mindset to understand how new programs work.
• You have a basic understanding of how AI works and are ready to actively use it at work.
• Willing to learn quickly and experiment with new formats.

 We are suitable for a person without experience: the main thing is an analytical mindset and a desire to learn. We will teach everything.
