SB-Club is a professional community of security, compliance and business owners. We are developing a closed club with regular events, practical programs and a strong expert community.
We invite the cooperation of an Account / Community Manager who will be the main point of contact between the club and its members.
Work format: remote (online)
Role
You are responsible for the quality of interaction with SB-Club members: communication, feedback, involvement in events and formation of loyalty to the club.
Main tasks
• regular communication with club members (messengers, mail, calls);
• collection and systematization of feedback from participants;
• transfer of proposals regarding programs, speakers and formats to the SB-Club team;
• involvement of club members in events and activities;
• participation in online events of the club 3 times a week from 17:00 to 18:00:
• opening and closing of events;
• organizational support of participants in the chat;
• timely invoicing and control of membership payments;
• support of long-term loyalty of club members;
• at the request of club members - search potential customers and contacts:
• in social networks;
• in open public sources.
