Your responsibilities:

  • Participates in the formation, updating and implementation of the corporate competency model in cooperation with department heads.
  • Organizes and accompanies staff evaluation processes (180°/360°, cases, tests), forms methodological materials and provides support to managers.
  • Develops and implements individual development plans (IPR), coordinates their implementation, monitors progress.
  • Creates concepts of training courses and events, prepares methodological materials, engages internal and external trainers.
  • Analyzes training effectiveness: collects data from LMS, formal surveys, assesses changes in employee competencies and behavior.
  • Conducts reporting and analytics: prepares reports for management with findings and recommendations for staff development.
  • Plans budget for training and development, compares investments with results that impact business metrics.
  • Initiates updates to competencies, programs, and approaches to training in accordance with changes in the company's strategy and market trends.
  • Participates in the formation of a program for recognizing development achievements (gamification, certificates, ratings).
  • Advises managers on approaches to motivation and team development, taking into account the company's values.
