Vacancy: Training and personnel development manager

We are looking for a manager of youth work - a person who will become a bridge between our company and talented students. Your mission is to build a strategic channel for attracting future engineers and specialists, creating the image of a dream employer right from the student bench.

Hybrid format: mainly in the office, with the possibility of partially working remotely

Basic responsibilities:

• Establishing cooperation with universities, specialized departments and student organizations.

• Organizing internships, practices and launching student project laboratories (in particular, MilTech directly).

• Promotion of the L7 brand among young people (events, job fairs, content for social networks).

• Conducting trainings, workshops and facilitating the work of student teams.

• Formation of personnel reserve and base of young talents for the company.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in HR, Employer Branding, Event Management or in the educational sector (cooperation with University).

• Understands the specifics of the student environment and academic processes.

• Has the skills of public speaking and conducting presentations/trainings.

It will be a plus: Experience working with technical specialties or interest in the field of Engineering.
