Vacancy: Training and personnel development manager
We are looking for a manager of youth work - a person who will become a bridge between our company and talented students. Your mission is to build a strategic channel for attracting future engineers and specialists, creating the image of a dream employer right from the student bench.
Hybrid format: mainly in the office, with the possibility of partially working remotely
Basic responsibilities:
Establishing cooperation with universities, specialized departments and student organizations.
Organizing internships, practices and launching student project laboratories (in particular, MilTech directly).
Promotion of the L7 brand among young people (events, job fairs, content for social networks).
Conducting trainings, workshops and facilitating the work of student teams.
Formation of personnel reserve and base of young talents for the company.
Our ideal candidate:
Has experience in HR, Employer Branding, Event Management or in the educational sector (cooperation with University).
Understands the specifics of the student environment and academic processes.
Has the skills of public speaking and conducting presentations/trainings.
It will be a plus: Experience working with technical specialties or interest in the field of Engineering.
