Assistant HR manager

What will you do:

• assist in the registration of new employees (collect the necessary documents and transfer them to the personnel department)
• administer internal HR bots (publication of all news and important information)
• participate in interviews and gradually learn to independently search and select employees for the team — from finding candidates to starting a job
• deal with the adaptation of employees (introduction of the adaptation program and organization of meetings with managers)
• assistance in organizational matters — holidays, events, etc.

What we expect from you:

• activity and desire to develop in the field of HR
• ability to build good relationships with the team and new employees
• attention to details and responsibility in working with documents
• basic PC skills, Canva and Power Point
• willingness to learn and participate in various projects
• positive attitude and initiative in working with the team
