Today, in our teamwe are looking for an active recruitment manager - a recruiter for mass recruitment and work with personnel in production, preferablywith 1 year of experience.

Your tasks will be:

• Active search for candidates according to the defined profile in Zhovkva and other areas (it is necessary to drive around Zhovkva in your own car in search of candidates for production specialties: sorters, packers, packers, loaders, etc.)
• Conducting telephone interviews interviews/interviews
• Conducting face-to-face interviews and evaluating the qualifications of candidates
• Executing management assignments within the scope of duties
