Organizational development manager in Sport Layf

We are looking for an Organizational Development manager in a management company.

For organizational structure, descriptions, interaction with departments.

Functional duties:

- Description of processes, regulations, standards, procedures, instructions;
- Monitoring of policies;
- Preparation of documents;
- Systematization;
- Management procedures (making changes to documents);
- Formation of a knowledge base.

Requirements:

- 2 years of work experience as an Organizational Development Manager, Organizational Development HRom, Organizational Development Analyst;

- Experience of interaction with department heads;

- Higher education;

- Desire to develop in a large, systemic business.
