What should be done?

• Search for candidates with the help of job sites, social networks, involve mass media information;
• conduct telephone interviews, initial interviews, organize interviews with job applicants;
• comprehensively assist job applicants in forming super-teams;
• participate in evaluation activities;
• join various HR projects, supplement and develop them with your own ideas.

What do we expect?

• Higher education/unfinished higher education;
• working with a PC at a good level;
• ability to work in a team, energetic, communicative, activity, maturity;
• experience in recruiting is welcome, but don't worry if you haven't had the chance to work with it yet - no problem, we'll teach you:).
