YOUR TASKS AND THE DUTIES OF THE POSITION WILL BE:

• Formation, updating and automation of regular management reporting, dashboards and presentations.
• Analyzing key business indicators and providing analytical conclusions regarding the reasons for their dynamics.
• Assessing the effectiveness of activities and identifying areas for improvement performance.
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets and business plans according to the company's areas of activity.
• Development of economic models to support strategic and tactical management decisions.
• Risk analysis and scenario modeling for management decision-making.
• Estimation of the economic effect and profitability of projects (ROI, NPV, IRR, etc.).
• Automation of analytical processes and optimization of data sources (work with BI systems, SQL, Power Query, etc.).
• Preparation of recommendations for management based on the results of analytics.
• Participation in the development and improvement of internal methods, policies and standards of analytics.

OUR WISHES TO FUTURE EMPLOYEE:

• Complete higher education (economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or related fields).
• Experience of 3 years or more in the field of management/financial analytics, analysis of business indicators and planning.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an advantage industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (advanced level), Power Query, Power Pivot.
• Experience with BI systems: Power BI / Tableau / Qlik (building dashboards, data modeling).
• SQL knowledge is desirable but not necessary.
• Knowledge of financial analysis methods (margin, profitability, sensitivity analysis, unit economics).
• Economic and scenario modeling skills (NPV, IRR, ROI, Cash Flow models).
• Understanding the principles of budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Experience in preparing presentations for management (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
