Manager of international customer support (Customer Support Specialist) in Gahov O.S., FOP

         CyberNova is a network of modern retail stores of computer equipment. In connection with entering the international market, we are looking for a manager of international customer support with knowledge of one or more foreign languages.

        Responsibilities:

• Working with customers in a foreign language (email, chat, phone)
• Providing advice on products, delivery, guarantees
• Maintaining internal reporting, working with the CRM system
• Interacting with by the company's internal departments
• Customer support, solving current requests
  
  Requirements:
• Knowledge of one or more foreign languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Polish) - no lower than average level
• Confident PC user
• Responsibility, attentiveness, desire study

• Salary 40,000-50,000 UAH (depending on language skills and workload)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
