Smart Solutions is an international HR provider, our offices are in Poland, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan with the main office in Kyiv, and projects have no borders. For 17 years, we have built a successful and well-known brand among the HR community.

We are currently looking for aInternal Communications and Employer Brand Manager to our HR department, which will build the internal communications of the company group from scratch (~700 employees). 

Employer brand - an additional focus:

• You will form the basic messages of the employer brand (EVP): what it means to work in a group of companies, what the company really is gives people what they expect in return.you will chew the internal experience of employees with the external image of the employer in cooperation with recruiting

We expect from you:

• Experience of working with internal or change communications
• Ability to work with managers and complex stakeholders
• Business orientation and mature professional position
• Strong structural thinking and the ability to clearly and logically formulate thoughts in writing
• High level of written English

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in group or matrix organizational structures
• Participation in strategic or HR transformations">Understanding key HR processes
