We are currently looking for aInternal Communications and Employer Brand Manager to our HR department, which will build the internal communications of the company group from scratch (~700 employees).
none">You will build and structure internal communications: types of messages (strategy, business initiatives, organizational and HR changes), channels, formats and rhythm
You will translate the group's strategy and strategic projects into a language understandable to employees, taking into account the context of different business unitsYou will accompany the communications of complex changes and transformations (changes in the roles, the introduction of new systems and rules) style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">You will prepare tools for managers to easily and confidently communicate changes: key messages and talking points, Q&A for sensitive topics, recommendations for communicating changes with teamsYou will collect questions, reactions and areas of tension from teams and you will convey insights to HR and top managementEmployer brand - an additional focus:
- You will form the basic messages of the employer brand (EVP): what it means to work in a group of companies, what the company really is gives people what they expect in return.you will chew the internal experience of employees with the external image of the employer in cooperation with recruiting
We expect from you:
- Experience of working with internal or change communications
- Ability to work with managers and complex stakeholders
- Business orientation and mature professional position
- Strong structural thinking and the ability to clearly and logically formulate thoughts in writing
- High level of written English
It will be an advantage:
- Experience in group or matrix organizational structures
- Participation in strategic or HR transformations">Understanding key HR processes
