Head of the benefits and compensation department in Starlight Media

And today, the HR Department of Starlight Media invites cooperation with Cthe head of the benefits department and compensations.

Your tasks will be:

• development, implementation and administration of labor payment systems;
• development of grading systems and approaches to payment for different categories of personnel;
• automation of employee compensation management processes;
• preparation and control of the annual budget of personnel expenses;
• development and development of policies and procedures in the field of social benefits, employee incentive programs, employee benefit programs, etc.;
• administering and monitoring employee incentive and benefit programs;
• preparing analytical reports by function;
• participating in and working with industry reviews of rewards, policies and practices;
• management functions: planning, organizing, motivating and monitoring work benefits and compensation team.

Our expectations from you:

• higher education;
• practical experience in a similar position from 3 years old- required;
• ability to organize independently and effectively processes;
• ability to analyze and find effective solutions;
• ability to prepare analytical reports;
  
• mastery of Excel - expert level, PowerPoint, 1C, knowledge of PowerBI - will be an advantage.
