Internal Communications Manager

Due to rapid scaling, we are looking for an internal communications manager in HR.

Now we are developing an internal channel, so the main area of responsibility is content creation and independent filling.

Basic responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of communication strategy for different audiences.

• Employee engagement organization and content.

  Collecting feedback from top managers and teams and turning it into concrete solutions to improve the environment.

• Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 2 years of experience in internal communications or PR (experience in systems or technology companies will be preference).

  • Knows how to "translate" complex into understandable and interesting.

  • Writes in impeccable Ukrainian: clearly, structured and without excess "water".

  • Owns tools for creating visual content (Canva, video editors etc.).

  • Uses channel efficiency metrics in work.
