We invite to the team a Manager of interaction with financial institutions who will be responsible for forming short- and long-term forecasts regarding the financial performance of the Naftogaz Group and Naftogaz of Ukraine for internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Formation of forecast financial statements for the Company
- Preparation of reports for the supervisory board and management of the Company regarding the implementation of financial plans, letters of owner expectations and forecasts
- Preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies at the request of banks, forecast and actual information for the IMF and rating agencies (Fitch Rating, etc.)
- Communication with banks, international financial institutions, rating agencies, etc. Answers to questions, providing additional interpretations and explanations
- Supporting the implementation of Memorandums with the International Monetary Fund by NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine
- Formation of non-standard calculations for management tasks (in particular, calculations related to the gas business)
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of economics and/or finance
- Experience in the areas of: economics, finance, budgeting, strategy from 5 years
- Availability of ACCA/DipIFR/CFA certifications - will be an advantage
- Skills in working with SAP S4/HANA, SAP BPC and Think Cell - will be an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards, financial reporting according to IFRS, financial analysis reporting, budgeting and planning processes
- Skills in presenting material and writing reports
- Professional command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language Intermediate+
