Our recruiting agency is looking for a Production Manager for our client - a stable manufacturing company specializing in the production of technical products with a full cycle: from the purchase of components to the export of finished products. In connection with the expansion of foreign economic activity, the company is strengthening its foreign trade direction and invites an experienced specialist to the team.

Main duties:

• Full support of import and export operations (documentation, logistics, customs clearance);

• Market and price monitoring;

• Working with contracts, invoices, certificates, packing slips and other accompanying documents;

• Interaction with customs brokers, logistics companies, banks and regulatory bodies;

• Monitoring of current legislation in in the field of foreign trade and customs regulation;

• Preparation and submission of documents to the customs system;

• Optimization of costs in the process of delivery and customs clearance (customs codes, certification, taxes);

• Requirements for the candidate:

• 5 years of experience in the field of foreign trade or customs clearance (preferably in a manufacturing company);

• Practical knowledge of Incoterms, rules of classification of goods (UKTZED), customs procedures;

• Understanding of logistics processes (sea, air, road transportation);

• Experience with customs documentation and banking tools;

• A confident user of Excel, Word, electronic document management systems;

• English language - at the level of correspondence with foreign partners.
