Functional duties:

• Analysis of needs and development of competency development programs for different categories of employees organizations .

Collection and processing of requests, analysis of personnel assessment results to determine priority competencies (professional, corporate, managerial, personal) for development, development of appropriate training and development programs for different categories of personnel (specialists, managers, reserves, young workers).  format), methodical materials, presentations, practical tasks, cases. inherit">Designing development programs, preparation of annual/quarterly training plans. Coordination of turnkey educational projects: formation of goals and expected results, implementation plans, communication with internal customers. dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit">Preparation and conducting of trainings, seminars, workshops, educational sessions; facilitating group work, moderating discussions, working with different learning formats (online/offline/mixed formats). dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit">Developing approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs (surveys, tests, feedback from participants and managers, analysis of changes in behavior and work results), preparation of conclusions and recommendations for improving programs.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Full higher education preferably in the field of personnel management, social work, psychology or pedagogy, work experience in the field of at least 5 years.
• Proficiency in curriculum development methodology, trainings.
• Experience in implementing personnel development programs at enterprises, experience in the field of training, facilitation, etc.

• Skills for preparing and conducting presentations.
