Functional duties:
Collection and processing of requests, analysis of personnel assessment results to determine priority competencies (professional, corporate, managerial, personal) for development, development of appropriate training and development programs for different categories of personnel (specialists, managers, reserves, young workers). format), methodical materials, presentations, practical tasks, cases. inherit">Designing development programs, preparation of annual/quarterly training plans.
