- formalization, transfer to developers of identified software errors and deficiencies and control over their elimination;

- analysis of the causes of failure situations and elimination of identified deficiencies in IT systems; 

- provision of feedback - analysis of user applications, surveys, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of existing business processes and problems arising during the operation of the software, providing proposals for solving issues and preventing risks of repetition.

Main requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • 3+ years of technical/economic work experience;
  • Knowledge standards describing the technical task for designing an information system;
  • Knowledge of the processes of integration and interaction of information systems, the principles of building software products;
  • Knowledge of business process modeling notation UML, BPMN 2.0;
  • Knowledge and practical application of the PMBOK project approach.
