We are now looking for a project manager (construction).

Requirements:

• Higher engineering and construction education;
• Work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of construction standards and rules, technologies and methods of construction work;
• Knowledge of the basics of design and construction;
• Ability to "read" drawings;
• Active life position, focus on the result;
• Confident PC user;
• Readiness for business trips within the region;
• Communication, stress resistance;
• Knowledge of AVK Smet, MS Project will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Control of the submitted project documentation for the entire facility and its separate sections;
• Issue of permits and permits, equipment and construction site preparation necessary for construction work;
• Operational planning, coordination and ongoing control of the passage of all processes;
• Maintenance of relevant executive and current documentation;
• Control completed stages or processes (structures, elements, engineering networks);
• Preparation for handing over to the customer the results of the completed construction and assembly works (the entire object or its separate complex), as well as compiling a package of documents necessary for the work of the admissions commission;
• Organization, in agreement with the management, of cooperation with the official representatives of the customer and other interested companies within the limits of their immediate duties, conducting business negotiations;
• Planning and coordination of the activities of subordinates according to certain types of processes or works, control over the quality of the performance of tasks received by them;
• Managing the development of plans, work performance methods, calculations, economic and technical justifications.
