OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Work experience: from three years in the field of industrial construction.
• Education: complete higher education by specialty "Industrial and civil construction".
• Knowledge of legislation regarding the operation of buildings and structures.

MAJOR TASKS:

• Organization of the process of development and approval of annual and monthly plans for new construction, reconstruction of objects, as well as the determination of the necessary financial resources for design and estimate work, construction.
• Organization of development of plans for commissioning of production fixed assets and areas, control of compliance with approved plans for the duration of construction and schedule of commissioning of objects, organization of preparation and approval of documentation and acts of acceptance of objects as a whole into operation.
• Organization implementation of capital construction work plans and compilation of operational statistical reporting on investment projects, implementation of construction and assembly works, control over compliance with the rules of occupational health and safety, production sanitation and fire safety by employees of the subcontractor organization. Control over compliance with the established construction deadlines and schedules for putting facilities into operation. Control over compliance with regulatory documents and the company's procedure in the construction industry (DBN, SNIP, etc.), managing the development and implementation of measures that reduce the cost and shorten the construction period, pay off capital investments without reducing the strength of structures and deteriorating the quality of construction.
