OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Work experience: from three years in the field of industrial construction (development) objects;
• Conducting contractual and claims work;
• Planning and implementation of capital industrial construction projects;
• Performance of capital repairs of industrial buildings and structures;
• Experience of interaction with contractors: control of construction and assembly works, verification of their compliance with design and estimate documentation.

MAIN TASKS:

• Control of compliance with regulatory documents and procedures of the enterprise in the field of construction (DBN, SNIP, etc.), management of development and implementation of measures that reduce the cost and shorten the construction period, pay off capital investments without reduction strength of structures and deterioration of construction quality;
• Organization of the process of development and approval of annual and monthly plans for new construction, reconstruction of objects, as well as determination of the necessary financial resources for design and estimate works, construction; and area, control of compliance with approved plans for the duration of construction and the schedule for putting objects into operation, organization of preparation and approval of documentation and acts of accepting objects into operation as a whole;
• Organization of contractual work with project organizations (initiating the conclusion of contracts for the execution of construction works in accordance with approved design and estimate documentation, control of execution of design and estimate works and contractual obligations by design organizations, conclusion of contracts for author supervision during the construction process, examination of design and estimate documentation provided by design organizations), processing of a package of documents);
• Organization of implementation of capital construction work plans and compilation of operational statistical reportsentities from investment projects, execution of construction and assembly works, control over compliance with the rules of occupational health and safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety by employees of the contracting organization;
• Control of compliance with the established construction deadlines and schedules for putting objects into operation.
