Construction project manager in Rod Bud, TOV

Our construction company is engaged in restoration, repairs of roofs, facades and interior spaces. We are looking for a construction project manager who understands estimates, work technology and knows how to effectively communicate with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Finding and attracting new customers;

- Conducting negotiations, preparing (ability to read) estimates and contracts;

- Coordination of work execution through foremen;

- Time and quality control on objects;

- Reporting and delivery of objects to customers.

Requirements:

- Work experience in construction or estimating business from 1 year;

- Understanding of the construction technology;

- Ability to read project documentation;

- Communicability, organization, responsibility;

- (Preferred — having your own auto, but not necessarily.)
