Working conditions:

• salary - rate + %, more details at the interview;
• location of the main office: Chernivtsi, 34 B. Sichovyh Striltsiv St. (Kemping district);
• work schedule — 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m., Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun — weekends;
• official employment;
• a service permit is provided for visiting the facilities auto;

Main job duties:

• management of the department from the direction of aluminum structures;
• increasing productivity work of the division and the aluminum sector as a whole;
• establishment of business processes and systematization of the work of the division in the enterprise structure;
• negotiations, motivation of subordinates to achieve set goals, ability to analyze and optimize business processes;
• calculation of window and door structures and facade systems made of aluminum
• interaction with architects and designers.

What we expect from the candidate:

• knowledge of MS Office programs, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and other construction programs;
• experience in managing an engineering division from 2 years;
• education is technical;
• ability to build a team, plan the work of a unit, set goals for subordinates;
• systematic, time management skills, negotiation, motivating subordinates to achieve set goals;
• ability to analyze and optimize business processes;
• knowledge of foreign languages, will be considered as an advantage;
• having a driver's license cat. With a driving experience of 2 years or more;
• attention to details, responsibility for assigned tasks.
