Manager of business process transformation projects in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are looking for a Business Process Transformation Project Manager

Your future functionality:

• identifying problematic aspects in bank processes, increasing their efficiency

• analysis and selection of processes for optimization (including robotization), work with HC model, management of projects related to process optimization, planning and ensuring results on time, work with Idea Portal
• creation of a back log of processes to optimize costs, personal management of process optimization tasks (projects) until results are obtained, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects, obtaining results that will affect the bank's performance (reducing costs, speeding up processes, etc.)
• visualization, process mapping
• determination of process KPIs
• monitoring of process functioning
• holding of working meetings for discussion and decision-making on project and problem issues
• preparation and conducting presentations of project status and results

Our candidate has:

• understanding of bank processes, making proposals for process improvement, creating process descriptions and their analysis
• conducting work meetings to discuss and make decisions on project and problem issues
• fluency in PC: Excel, Power Point Presentation skills
• ability to take responsibility. Orientation to the result.
• skills of visualization and creation of maps (diagrams) of processes. 
• self-development and initiative
• desirable and will be an advantage: a good level of knowledge of the English language and mastery of Lean Six Sigma methods and practices
