Your mission

• Selecting and training couriers.

• Supporting couriers and solving operational issues.

• Keeping documentation and contracts.

• Provision of couriers with work equipment and branded materials.

• Planning, administration and analysis of key KPIs.

• Interaction with the local operations manager.

What you will bring to the team

• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly find solutions.

• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data.

• Confident use of Excel.

• Interest in training and adaptation of new employees.

• English language level A2 or above.
