• Managing the full recruiting cycle;
• Onboarding new employees;
• Conducting one-to-one meetings, exit interviews;
• Working with various personnel search channels;
• As needed adjustment of HR interaction processes with other departments;
• Establishment of communication with all departments;
• Mentoring of a junior specialist;
• Work in 1C;
• Analysis of the labor market, formation of a competitive remuneration policy;
• Development of the employer brand;
• Organization of various corporate events as well as organization of all activities related to holidays.

Our requirements:

• Experience in HR and recruiting from 2 years;
• Higher education (psychology, management, personnel management - will be an advantage);
• Independence and ability to organize the process;
• High level of communication;
• Able to find an approach to people and effectively resolve conflict situations;
• Emotional maturity.

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
