Manager for the opening of production lines in Marketopt

VACANCY: MANAGER FOR THE OPENING OF PRODUCTION LINES

We are actively scaling up and launching new production lines and outlets, so we are looking for a manager who knows how to take a turnkey start-up and bring processes to stable independent operation.

WHAT IS NEEDED DO:

• Launch of production areas (pizza, coffee shop and other formats) from scratch.
• Visit to the location where a new store / production is opened.
• Communication with production and sales staff.
• Organization and control of all stages of the launch.
• Implementation of network standards by direction.
• Work with technological maps, instructions and regulations.
• Formation of orders for raw materials, calculation of required volumes.
• Planning and control of staff work schedules.
• After opening — support of the facility until it becomes fully independent.
• In the periods between openings — visits to existing production structures (upon agreement and with a clear training plan).

WHAT MANDATORY:

• Strong desire to learn and work for results.
• Driver's license and own transport.
• Willingness to travel for at least 7 days.
• Willingness to work in different regions of Ukraine.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in a similar position or experience in production (cooking, pizzeria) fields.
• Understanding sanitary standards and safety techniques.
• Experience in creating, setting up and supporting food industrial enterprises.
