United Help Ukraine (UHU) is a non-profit charitable organization from the United States of America that provides humanitarian, medical and psychological assistance to Ukrainians affected by the war. UHU supports internally displaced persons, wounded soldiers, families of fallen heroes, and also provides hospitals, volunteers and communities in Ukraine with the necessary resources. Responsibilities:

• Research and analysis of the humanitarian situation in the de-occupied and other regions of the population and their needs.

• Processing requests from aid recipients.

• Searching for potential beneficiaries. font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Help databases recipients of aid.

• Participation in the processing of customs documents for humanitarian cargo that

in UHU.

• Participation in receiving and unloading humanitarian and medical cargo at the UHU warehouse.

• Keeping records and forming the nomenclature of humanitarian goods in CRM systems of UHU.

• Interaction and coordination with local authorities in order to implement UHU initiatives.

• Communication with contractors and service providers. Participation in the preparation of primary documents and their exchange, including control over the return of acceptance-handover acts regarding the shipped aid/services provided.

• Participation in the inventory of humanitarian cargo located in the UHU warehouse.

• Supporting communication and monitoring the provision of written, photo and/or video reports by recipients of assistance.

• Reporting in accordance with the procedure established by UHU.

• Performance of other tasks for the implementation of humanitarian UHU initiatives.

Our ideal candidate:

• Initiative and proactive person with a high level of empathy, responsibility and integrity, who deeply understands the needs of the humanitarian sphere, has experience in the implementation of humanitarian projects, management in non-profit organizations and effective work with volunteer initiatives.

• Has skills in planning and coordinating aid distribution (logistics, accounting, reporting)

• Able to work and communicate effectively in a teamresponsive exti solving the humanitarian challenges associated with a full-scale invasion abilities and knows how to work with several tasks simultaneously

• The presence of skills in working with English-language documentation is an advantage.

• Has basic computer skills, in particular Google Sheets (Excel)
