Requirements:

• Ability to work with vulnerable categories of the population, knowledge of basic regulatory documents on social assistance

Responsibilities:

• Introduction of a mechanism for individual response to the needs of vulnerable population groups by providing social support.
• Maintaining regular contact with the client, providing emotional support, legal and social consultations, assistance in implementing the Individual Support Plan
