Management reporting specialist/financial analyst, remote (RozetkaPay) in EVO

RozetkaPay is a payment service that provides convenient, fast and reliable payment services both online and offline, and makes the purchase process simple and secure.

RozetkaPay is part of the EVO-Rozetka group of companies. The payment service was created on the basis of the country's most famous marketplaces, which are used by millions of Ukrainians. Our services are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Yakaboo and others.

More than 240 specialists develop and support RozetkaPay products every day - IT teams, customer support, commercial direction, operations department and financial and legal department, in which more 50 people.

We are currently looking for a financial analyst in RozetkaPay's Finance Analyst Team.
Current team composition: regulatory reporting analyst, business analyst and leader. The team is under the direct supervision of the financial director.

Important for this role:

• experience in the position of financial analyst / financial manager from 1-2 years (fintech, e-commerce or IT sphere will be an advantage)
• practical experience in forming and analyzing financial reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
• experience in the analysis of financial indicators, budgeting, forecasting and project profitability assessment
• skills in building and maintaining financial models for management decision-making, analyzing large data sets
• understanding of the principles of financial planning
• high level of mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, functions, construction of graphs/diagrams) - will cool if you are fanatical about working with data
• excellent analytical skills, attention to details and responsibility
• communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues on work tasks
• focus on solving problems: willingness to approach tasks flexibly and quickly find effective solutions tothere is no obvious algorithm
• flexibility and adaptability: readiness to work in conditions of active work and frequent changes arising due to the rapid development of fintech in Ukraine

Tasks:

• conducting a financial analysis of RozetkaPay's activities and preparing analytical reports (P&L, Cash Flow and others)
• analysis of financial indicators, budgets, forecasts and profitability of RozetkaPay projects
• construction of financial models to evaluate business development options
• participation in the preparation of financial forecasts and plans for the short and long term
• monitoring of financial activities and control over budget implementation
• cooperation with other departments of the company to collect and analyze the necessary data

Tools we use in our work:

• Excel / Google Sheets - financial modeling, analysis, budgets, forecasts
• BI system (Tableau) - analysis of financial indicators
