Managing projects of card/transaction products
 
                 Functional responsibilities:

• Researching the customer experience of competitors, and formulating proposals for the development of card/transaction products;
• Development and modification of existing card/transaction products and processes in accordance with the Bank’s strategy and to ensure the demand of the target audiences;
• Development and updating of product standards, banking regulations and regulatory documents;
• Formation of business requirements for the development and/or modification of software for the implementation or improvement of card/transaction products and processes;
• Conducting testing of new or modified software in order to check compliance with business requirements of software development/modification; 
• Monitoring of current legislation, in terms of transactional and card products;
• Participation in the coordination of procedures of other divisions of the Bank related to card/transactional products;
• Participation in concluding contracts for accepting payments with payment aggregators, payment systems of money transfers, participants of payment systems of money transfers, payment organizations of payment systems;
• Supporting processes within the framework of contracts with payment systems, including regarding money transfers and services for receiving public payments;
• Preparation of reports by direction, monitoring of product performance indicators
• Providing consulting and methodological assistance to network employees and employees of the Bank’s involved divisions regarding card/transaction products and processes.
• Analysis and work with feedback, feedback communication and wishes of users and clients

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• Experience with transactional/card products;
• Knowledge of banking technologies, banking products, functionality of banking systems;
• Experience in writing business requirements, regarding the introduction of new products and services or services;
• Experienced user level, skills and knowledge of the basics of working in MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Project);
• Skills in using software products: those used in the Bank (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine that regulate banking activities (preferred);
• Ability to work in team.
