Head of the department of technical sales support and field service in Interpipe / INTERPAYP

Currently, we are looking for an energetic and proactive manager who knows how to organize the system work of the service, which ensures the processing of orders and administrative sales support; who is familiar with the specifics of the organization of production processes; is able to organize effective interaction both within the team and with related departments involved in the production and shipment of products, monitoring sales performance.

Main tasks:

• Responsible for technical support in the process of developing new types of products
• Contributes to the development of the Company's product strategy by preparing and processing offers
• Responsible for providing technical support to our company's sales staff and customers
• Responsible for providing pipe field service services.
• Responsible for developing and defining all global standards required to work with intellectual property products, as well as their usage history and defining new services needed in each region to better support sales. 
• Responsible for setting goals and regularly reporting to the IP management team on the performance of the regions (North America, South America, Europe, CIS and Middle East and North Africa).

Our requirements and wishes for your professional skills:

• Higher education in oil and gas/metallurgy regions;
• Additional specialized training in the field of drilling, well construction.
• Experience of working in management positions in the oil and gas industry for at least 15 years or in a similar position for at least 5 years;
• Experience in personnel management at the customer's facilities and the work of office employees.
• Knowledge of the global pipe products market formats;
• Understanding drilling trends, directions of development of the segment of general purpose pipes, special pipes, OCTG segment;
• Understanding well structures; selection of pipe products for their construction; Advanced knowledge of the English language + fluency in technical terminology in the field of metallurgy and oil and gas;
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills;
• Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions
• Proactivity, ability to predict risks and manage them
• Ability to work in multitasking mode
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation in a team
• Readiness for business trips (50% of working time in Ukraine and abroad).
